Gifting
- If your purchase is a gift to someone, and you like us to attach a message, please mention this in the remark column during checkout.
Note : Should specific products/decorations be out of stock, they will be replaced with other items of the same or higher value.
Delivery or Self-Pick (not applicable for corporate / event orders)
- At check out, please choose if delivery is required or self pick up
Delivery:-
- Delivery for a minimum order of RM50.00 and above only within Klang Valley
- Delivery fee is at flat promo rate for KL and PJ. Other areas please refer to lalamove rate during check out.
- Delivery will be fulfilled within 1-3 days, no delivery on Sunday and Public Holiday
- Please ensure name, contact number and address of the recipient are correctly keyed in
- Name of sender will not be mentioned in the order. If you wish for sender name to be included, kindly mentioned in remark column or in message.
- Undelivered orders will be returned to our shop for self-collect within 1 week. No refund for failure to collect after 1 week.
- Re-delivery of undelivered orders can be arranged (upon request) by paying a new delivery fee.
Self Pick-up:-
- Pick up is from our Publika outlet (UG6) daily from 11am-8:00pm
- Please allow at least 4 hours time lead for us to prepare your order before the scheduled pick up time. For festive orders, the lead time is 24-48 hours depending on volume and items.
- Please quote the order number or name when picking up your order
Payment
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, available e-wallets, credits or credit cards during check out
- For order and payment outside Malaysia, please proceed with MYR currency.
- If an order cannot be fulfilled by us, we will notify you via email / watsapp and a full refund will be executed by our end within 7-14 working days

- If you need us to include a short message, please put your message in the remarks column during check-out. The message must not be longer than 80 characters (including spacing)
